About us

Amongst our customers are private consumers, car dealerships, car upholstery companies and vehicle manufacturers.

As the first manufacturer worldwide, we introduced computer-controlled convertible roof cutting in the 1980s. Although some cutting units have more favourable prices, they do not have the necessary automatic design lines for the seams or positions for disc, strips or assembly points. If these lines have to be drawn by hand, a considerable margin of error enters the equation, and a perfect fit can by no means be guaranteed.

In addition, we have the original equipment for today's standard welding processing, e.g., for certain felled seams or roof bows. This procedure substitutes the sewn seam in the roof with a weld, and the holes caused by the needle are no longer a problem in this area, creating extra longevity and valence to be decisively increased.

You as a customer can benefit from our years of experience with the top technologies in the manufacture of convertible roofs in quite a special way.

When organising you new convertible roof, make sure you consider these factors: Computer-controlled digital cutting, fully automated seam marking, and, in cases in which it makes technological sense, electronically regulated welding technology.

After the foundation of the enterprise in 1985, the specialist publications quickly became attentive to the completely new production technology

The seam lengths of the parts to be sewn are precisely determined in the calculator to a range of 1/10mm. The system calculates the placement of the necessary markings which the material has to cover during the sewing process, so that folds cannot originate from pulling the material
